		<description>Yes it is safe, provided the lenses used are blocking 99.9% UVB ray and 99% of the UVA ray. If you get the shields from a tanning salon they are required to be this strong by the state board so your safe to open your eyes.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;manager of a tanning salon.
