When someone is wicked orange can it be from a tanning bed or is it from spray tanning?

there is a girl at my school and she is sooo… orange. its disgusting. Could she be orange from using a tanning bed or does she just go spray tanning WAY too much?

Nope, it is definitely spray tan. A tanning bed would just burn you.

probly spray tanning …
tanning beds are regular sun just close up pretty much, which just makes you brown

I would think that it would be from either the tanning spray or maybe she is eating way too many carrots.
