how safe is the infrared sauna?
i am a massage therapist and bought a infrared sauna and need to know how to incorpate in my business. even in Keven Trudeau’s book it says to do them. ARE THEY AS SAFE as they say. People wonder are they like tanning beds.Do they need to protect there eyes? PLEASE GIVE ME SOME FEED BACK. Thank you, Dancin bear

It gets pretty hot. infra red is also a form of radiation. It certainly isn’t exactly natural to sit under a lamp.
Saunas a great for sweating out toxins . In Sweden they use steam and hot rocks. I guess you could make your own, just heat up some rocks or bricks in your oven. And use the sauna without the infra red lamps.
As for sweating. just move to Florida and sit in traffic.
