Beauty Tips – Do I Really Need Tanning Products?
A good tan is what most people need whether they are men or women, young or old, a tan gives your body a polished look. Not to mention the many health benefits that a tan gives you. However many people are not sure if they need to use tanning products, and if tanning products are really useful.
The answer is yes! No matter if you are using a tanning bed or going the natural sun way, you need tanning products. Tanning products, such as lotions, provides your skin with protection from the dangerous rays and light used in tanning beds. While many of these products promote a darker, quicker tan, they are also giving your skin some much needed protection.
Tanning products are a must when you use a tanning bed. Think of all the harmful effects that being out in the natural sun can result in. These effects include skin cancer, premature aging, wrinkles, fine lines, skin blotches and the list goes on. However, even though tanning beds are indoors, it mimics the sun, giving you a quicker; easier attain tan, without having to face the sun. This means, since it mimics the sun, you are still exposing your skin to the same harmful effects that the sun provides.
Tanning products used for tanning beds contain a variety of different elements that work together to form a protective layer on your skin. Some of these elements include:
? Vitamin E
? Copper
? Moisturizing Agents
The vitamins work to prevent the possibility of fine lines while using the tanning bed. The copper can minimize the emergence of minor blemishes and scars. The moisturizer prevents dryness of the skin, which is common for those using tanning beds, thanks to the ultraviolet light used. At the same time, the moisturizer can thwart the chances of pealing as well. Now, if you are looking for maximum protection, you will want to choose a tanning product that contains aloe vera.
You have optimal choices when it comes to tanning products. There are many available out there which may include lotions, creams, and sprays. The key to maximum protection and benefiting from these products is to opt for the kind specifically for your skin type. These products generally come in different levels, which all depend on the type of skin and tone of the skin as well. The lighter the tone of your skin, the lower the level you will want to use. The higher your skin tone, the higher the level of tanning product you will want to use.
Now, while protection and benefits are extremely important when using tanning products on the tanning bed, you do have some really enjoyable options, you can choose your scents in most cases. Getting a tan is an enjoyable procedure, whether you lie around the beach or use a tanning bed. However be sure to observe every caution required to insure your personal safety. Tanning products help you add that extra level of safety that can protect your skin from damage. The latest tanning lotions come in all sorts of aromas that can make your body smell great.
So go out or get in to get yourself a nice tan and don’t forget to take along a good set of tanning lotions.

shave your head and get a tattoo of a rose on the back of your head. that would be so gnarly.
but you are probably not hardcore, so whatev.
Hey IG88 you just described my ultimate fantasy…

for your straight hair i reccommend straight across bangs with long hair
go for a darker color since its winter time!
i used covergirl tru blend
you pick a number from 1-7 (1 fair 7 deep)
and then they have products all for that number
for example, i have lightish dark skin, so i’m a number 5.
i buy tru blend #5 foundation, blush, and concealer
for eyeliner, any is good, use your judgment. if you like the smokey look, get one with a piece of foam at the end, or just use a Q-tip
i’ve heard cetaphil is good, as well as proactive for acne

Use Cetaphil for skin treatment
Keep your hair all natural, no hair dryer, straightening, highlighting, dyeing…etc but also wash it with good shampoos such as Dove, Head & Shoulders
Don’t wash your hair every day. It’ll get worn out and you’ll get split ends.
Since your hair gets oily, medium-sized, straight hair would be best for your round face
Maybelline has really good mascara
MAC has good makeup
For good skin, try to refrain from eating foods such as meats and fried foods. They are oily and actually make your skin oily.
Also, after using makeup, make sure to always clean your face afterwards. Makeup is bad for the skin in the first place, after all.
Hope I helped

Well, I have the same features as you so I might be able to help. The best way to remove facial hair is to have it waxed. It hurts but beauty is pain, I can tell you that for sure. Everybody compliments me on how long and thick my lashes are and I use maybelline colossal in a yellow tube. The most trusted makeup that I use is cover girl and maybelline. I have this odd kind of foundation that is many different colors so that it blends to all skin shades. Believe it or not but Proactive is the best, you just have to stick with it for a month or so. I suggest using Loreal for your hair type and maybe even head and shoulders for oily hair. The best haircut would be a little shorter maybe to the very bottom of your shoulder and layers. Aussie volumizer works best. Hope I could help!!

well for foundation i just got the maybelline dream matte mouse foundation. it’s like 9$ at a drug store but soooo worth it. it goes over your skin and not into your pores so my skin feels crazy smooth and it covers up blemishes pretty well! i would def suggest it

For facial hair removal I prefer twee zing or waxing. Waxing actually does not hurt. I use lash blast mascara, I have very short lashes and it makes them look so long and great! I prefer Maybeline or Covergirl, very popular and excellent quality! Use a true match foundation. Read the labels get a foundation that specializes in color matching. For acne look for an oil-free and/or dermatologist approved foundation. Or go for an all natural one. I think a very nice A-line or bob will suit you. But I bet your beautiful so don’t stress it to much! Good luck.

Okay I really want to help you out!
So first lets look at your skin: I have struggled with acne for years and only recently (a few weeks ago) as it started to dramatically improve! I have the best skin I have had in years. The trick a very healthy diet…I started eating healthy to loose weight and my skin is just really lovely now (I am really happy) DON’T USE FOUNDATION, IT MAKES THE PROBLEM WORSE AND IS JUST COVERING UP THE PROBLEM! FIX THE PROBLEM! even my little sister who has acne about 5 times as worse as mine, has lovely skin for the first time in years. I cannot stress this enough. Also you need to cleanse, I use a topical cream that contains benzoyl Peroxide and moisturize. You can also use a toner (I used to but I found it to much of a hassle) Orally my mum bought these tablets that help the skin that contain zinc and Vitamin E. I really wish I had before and after photos to show you of my skin, it would inspire you without a doubt.
For facial hair: I use Nair precision facial hair remover cream. This works well, but it is essential that you read instructions for it to work efficently. Also never shave! I learnt this the hard way. Hair grows back twice as fast!
For my eyebrows I pluck them, but I am good at shaping them. If you are not, maybe you should get them professionally waxed.
For oily hair, you need good hair products! not just supermarket stuff. I have been going to a salon to get my hair treatments for years! as I have oily hair. The can give you professional advice about what shampoo and conditioner you can buy and also tips of maintaining oily hair! it is worth it.
here is some tips i use: Always rinse your hair thoroughly with cool or lukewarm water as the soap residue worsens the problem.
Don’t brush or scratch the scalp often (this cause hair to produce more oil)
Find out what is causing oily hair (is it a dry scalp, diet…) then you can work a solution.
For makeup I use: Bourjois Paris. You can get it from target and it is excellent!! especially the mascara! I have been sucked into those maybeline ads you know when they show the model with the sky high lashes, only to buy it and be disapointed. But Bourjous Paris volume glamour ultra curl delivers a long lash with out the clumps.
I also recommend to exfoliate your skin once a week. Once you get into a beauty regime it becomes a natural habit, just like brushing your teeth.
Hope I have helped! x Elsa.
